I love this comic. Its got everything.
An amazingly imaginative set of sci-fi ideas keep being blasted at you, a huge mythology that gradually gets unraveled as it progress's, and a great conclusion.
Its like if Fringe was a comic book, but turned upto 11. It follows a group of "Archaeologists of the Impossible" tracking down the strange and usual bits of history of the world - including their own.
I got scared a few issues in that lots of plot points where going to be forgotten, but I'm glade I stuck with it, because I couldn't have been more wrong. It ties everything together nicely, bringing back things seen at the start as relevant later in all sorts of interesting ways.
Its epic and thoughtfull. Smart, but action-packed, and it never, ever gets repetitive.
It reveals in being as different and as ever-changing as possible, and I love it.
