She Hulk is, to date, the most fun comic I've read.
Specifically I'm talking about Dan Slott's run on the series (2004-), which focused on the legal situations superhero's find themselves in, and the bizarre consequence's of living in the marvel universe. As such it focus's more on "Jen Walters" for her legal skills, then for her She Hulk not-quite alter ego.
This choice was genius, making a very original comic quite unlike others, and giving plenty of scope for interesting scenarios, as well as great comedy and action. Thus it places itself almost like a mix between Alley McBill and Buffy, being lighthearted in tone, but still asking some rather dark questions (Is killing someone self-defense if you know in the future they are certain to kill you?).
Its ongoing storyline is also superb...well worked out in advance....things fit together nicely by the end and its all very satisfying. Character development thoughout is top-notch with a great supporting cast.
Overall Dan Slotts She Hulk is a fantastic comic in its own right, and a very good choice for someone just getting into comics, or wanting a good examination of the marvel universe.
