1. By agreeing to this licence you agree you have read it.
2. By agreeing to this licence, you agree you, the user, will be called "you" and that us, the Rateoholic website, will be called "us".
3. You agree that by posting your reviews on this site, you are giving us non-exclusive rights to display and use them as we see fit,including the right to project it into a 50 foot high virtual statue when we require, however you maintaining copyright at all times.
4. You agree that when you don't have copyright over your review, then it is not your review, and your a lying, thieving scum-bag for posting it.
5. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not post your wit and wisdom on Rateoholic.
6. Our forums are powered by phpBB, which we find really rather spiffy. It is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com if you want to use for your own website.
7. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for what people say or do at this time. PhpBB software only facilitates Internet based discussions, it does not control them.
8. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Rateoholic” is hosted or Intergalactic Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with the invoking of the shadow proclimation if deemed required by us.
9. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions as well as to put into our big evil database for world domination when the time comes.
10. You agree that “Rateoholic” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Rateoholic” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead your vital posting and review data being compromised.
